* weight : 71.5kg

* push-ups : 70 reps(20/10/10/10/10/10) + simple stretching(yoga "mountain"), within 10min 

* sit-ups : 70 reps(10 each), within 9min

* pull-ups : 6 reps 1 set

* skipping : 200

 

Start light and simple.
